You can request deletion of your INGClean™ account and personal data in two ways:
Option A · From the app
- Open the INGClean™ app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Danger Zone → Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account and personal data will be deleted.
Option B · From this page
Enter the email associated with your account and submit the form. We will process your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Personal data: name, phone number, address, and any photos or documents you uploaded.
What we keep (anonymized)
For legal and tax obligations we retain, in anonymized form, the history of services and payments (without data that identifies you).
Timeframe
We process your request within 30 days.
